All courses are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.2 Reservation and Payment

Your place in a course is not confirmed until we receive full payment. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified during the checkout process.

4.3 Course Fees

Course fees include tuition, basic materials as specified in the course description, and use of tools during class hours. Additional materials may be available for purchase. All fees are listed in euros and include applicable taxes.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect courses already paid for.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Student Cancellations

If you need to cancel your enrollment, the following terms apply:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date: Full refund minus a €50 administrative fee
• Cancellations made 15-30 days before the course start date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date: No refund, but we may offer credit toward a future course at our discretion

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to courses@sklnsmonkery.com.

5.2 Course Changes and Cancellations by SKLNSMONKERY

If we need to cancel or reschedule a course, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of:

• Transferring to another course date
• Receiving a full refund
• Receiving credit toward a future course

We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred due to course cancellations or changes.

6. Intellectual Property and Course Materials

6.1 Ownership

All course materials, including but not limited to handouts, patterns, designs, videos, and digital content, are the intellectual property of SKLNSMONKERY or our instructors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the course. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the materials
• Use the materials for commercial purposes
• Teach others using our materials without express permission
• Post or share materials online
• Create derivative works based on our materials

6.3 Student Work

You retain ownership of the physical items you create during courses. However, you grant SKLNSMONKERY permission to photograph your work and use these images for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and in print materials.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1 Workshop Rules

While participating in our courses, you agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions and use tools appropriately
• Respect other participants, instructors, and staff
• Arrive on time and participate for the full duration of the course
• Not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Not bring outside guests to the workshop without prior permission

7.2 Dismissal

We reserve the right to dismiss any student who behaves inappropriately, violates safety protocols, or disrupts the learning environment. No refunds will be issued in case of dismissal.
